Apartment Amenities
Each apartment home at Encore Apartments is assigned one reserved parking space. Additional parking spaces may be available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional monthly fee. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Guest parking is not available on the property. Guests must park on public streets and comply with all posted parking regulations. All vehicles parked on the property must be operational, currently registered, insured, and in compliance with Oregon law. Parking is prohibited in fire lanes, ADA-accessible spaces without proper authorization, landscaped areas, drive aisles, or any other restricted areas. Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not permitted on the property. Abandoned, inoperable, or improperly parked vehicles, as well as vehicles with expired registration, may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense in accordance with Oregon law and community policies. Management reserves the right to enforce and update parking policies as needed.
